Experience a rooftop workout on the Lagree Microformers with views from The River Terrace at the Shaw Center for the Arts in Baton Rouge. You can expect to shake + sweat with the creator of Lagree himself, Sebastien Lagree. Workouts are 30 minutes and you can look forward to a DJ, quenching your thirst with Open Water, vendors, and incredible gift bags!
